WHERE CAN I FIND THE REFERRAL LINK TO SHARE WITH FRIENDS?
You can find your personal referral link in the header of the order management page.
I SHARED THE CODE WITH MY FRIEND, WHO PLACED AN ORDER, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CODE YET. WHAT COULD HAVE GONE WRONG?
It's possible that the email with the discount code has gone to spam or the promotions folder. You can also see your earned discount codes under the REFERRAL PROGRAM:
Notifications with discount codes may not be sent if you have removed yourself from the mailing list, i.e., unsubscribed.
Note: The friend must place the order by visiting our website through the shared referral link. This allows the system to identify who the referrer was.
No discount code will be sent, and users will be removed from the referral program if an order is placed with the same name, delivery address, or phone number as the referrer.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A CODE FOR A FRIEND WHO PLACED AN ORDER?
You will receive an email with a personal code within 1 day for a friend who placed an order.
WILL THE CODE BE APPLIED TO MY ORDER AUTOMATICALLY? HOW DO I ADD IT?
You need to manually add the personal discount code to your order. You can do this by navigating to: ACCOUNT > ADD DISCOUNT CODE. The discounted price will immediately appear on the order.
HOW LONG IS MY REFERRAL LINK VALID?
As long as you remain an active customer.
Terms of participation in the campaign:
- To receive the discount, your friend must place an order by accessing the website through the referral link you sent.
- By participating in the campaign, you agree to receive automatic emails related to the campaign from the campaign partner, even if you have not agreed to receive newsletters.
- No discount codes will be sent for orders placed with the same name, delivery address, or phone number as the referrer, and users will be removed from the referral program.
